Unlike traditional clinic appointments, participating in a clinical research trial with Oregon Dermatology and Research Center does not require insurance.  Please visit our Research page for more information.

Clinic Insurance and Billing

We accept most standard insurance plans, but please contact your insurance company prior to scheduling an appointment with one of our providers to ensure your particular network is contracted with our clinic. If you have insurance questions, please call our office to discuss your specific plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the variety of treatment. It is a good idea to call your insurance company prior to your visit to check your benefits for visits, referral requirement, co-pays, or coverage of treatments.

Clinic Cancellation Policy

Should you realize you won't be able to keep your scheduled appointment, please call to notify us as soon as possible.  Patients that notify the clinic of a cancellation with fewer than 24 hours notice or those that simply don't arrive for their appointment will be charged a $50 cancellation/no-show fee.

Clinic Payment Options

We accept checks, cash, and all credit cards with the exclusion of American Express. We do offer a payment plan as needed. Please contact our financial and billing coordinator, Allie, with any questions.
