Teri has worked with Dr. Rich since March 2001. She started as a clinical research coordinator and became certified by the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) in April 2003. In October 2012, after a restructuring in the office she became the research manager. Prior to working with Dr. Rich, Teri received her certificate from Southern Oregon University in their medical office program (PROMPT) and her dental assisting certificate from Rogue Community College. After receiving her certificates she worked in neurology for 4 years as a file clerk, medical assistant and then a clinical research coordinator. In her spare time she enjoys outdoor activities, crafting, decorating/renovating her home, spending time with family and running after her 200 pound English Mastiff. Yes, he does drool!
Carly has worked for Dr. Rich and Amy Simpson since March 2012 as a Research Coordinator. Carly is currently living in Vancouver, WA where she lives with husband, Austin, and their 2 dogs Neymar and Dez. In her free time, Carly enjoys trying new restaurants, cooking, gardening, golfing, reading, and spending time with friends and family. She would love one day to open her own food cart serving a variety of her favorite foods.
Gabriela was born and raised in Oregon. She attended Tualatin High School and then continued her education at the University of Oregon where she studied art and product design. Before working at Oregon Dermatology and Research Center she worked three years in retail and a year in outside sales. She shares a passion not only for the medical industry but, also in the dermatology field. While not at work Gabriela enjoys spending time with her old english sheepdogs, Charles and Pipa, and her boyfriend, Chad. The three of them go on weekend adventures to cities and places they have never been to before. On these adventures they enjoy going to local galleries, shows, and restaurants. Gabriela loves weekend adventures but also has a passion for music, comedy, Corepower Yoga and reclaimed art.
Racheal has worked at ODRC as a research coordinator since 2013. She received a Bachelors of Science from OSU with minors in chemsitry and psychology. Her main interests are biochemsitry and molecular biology. Racheal has just been accepted to medical school and hopes to continue working in the medical research field. When she is not studying or working she loves to play with her Pomeranian name Scooter, as well as being with her family and close friends.
Katie is from Little Rock, Arkansas. She attended Hendrix College in Arkansas where she earned degrees in Art History, Philosophy, and Studio Art. Katie and her husband Ryan moved to Oregon in 2011 and instantly fell in love with the pacific northwest! After working in cosmetic retail sales, Katie was inspired to pursue a career in medicine and has a strong interest in dermatology. She is currently finishing pre-med coursework at Portland State University and plans to apply to medical school in the near future. In her spare time, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, making jewelry, traveling, reading, and singing with Aurora Chorus.
As a native Oregonian, Tara likes to spend most of her free-time outside, exploring, hiking and climbing all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Some of her other favorite pastimes include hanging out with her four bunnies, watching The Office relentlessly, and devouring delicious foods! She recently graduated from Portland State University, where she double majored in Community Health Education and Health Sciences. In the future, she hopes to further pursue her education in both the public health and medical field, as well as, climbing many more mountains, exploring new destinations, and pushing herself to new extremes.
Annie chases adventure and loves exploring the world around her. She attended Western Oregon University where she majored in International Studies and minored in Public Health. During her college time, she studied abroad in Germany and had the opportunity to complete an internship in India. Annie previously worked as a medication aide in geriatrics but her true passion lies in pediatrics. She is finishing up her pre-nursing courses in pursuit of becoming an NP, in hopes of doing her own clinical research in pediatric oncology one day. Annie loves Oregon having run the Portland marathon twice, hiking in the gorge and rock climbing throughout the state.
